Most of the body fat, most of our body fat is lost through exhalation. 80% of the fat we lose when we're reducing our weight is lost through the exhalation of the breath, which makes it all the more important to become a diaphragmatic breather, breathing deep into the belly and to breathe efficiently, so when that exhale comes out, long and slow, releasing body fat, it is the optimal way for us to lose weigh
